Full Journal pdf2007-05-11 House Journal Page 1257 SB 59 A message dated May 10, 2007, was read stating the Senate failed to concur in the House amendment to: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 59(FIN) "An Act relating to the use of broadcasting to promote charitable raffles and lotteries and to establishing cabbage classics as a form of charitable gaming." namely: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 59(FIN) "An Act relating to the use of broadcasting to promote dog mushers' contests and charitable raffles and lotteries; to the maximum amount of prices that may be awarded for charitable gaming activities other than bingo; to the use of the proceeds of charitable gaming; and to establishing cabbage classics as a form of charitable gaming." (HCR 7(fld H) - title change resolution) 2007-05-11 House Journal Page 1258 and respectfully requests the House to recede from its amendment. In the event the House fails to recede, the President appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the House to consider the bills: Senator Stevens, Chair Senator Wielechowski Senator Wagoner CSSB 59(FIN) is under Unfinished Business.
